ONE DAY – TWO COMPANIES – ONE TEAM & A WHOLE LOT OF FUN

For the first time, DISPENDIX and CYTENA (both part of the BICO Group and the Biosciences business area) came together for a fun team building event out in the wild.

It was a great opportunity to get to know each other to exchange ideas and create a fun experience together.

In Germany, we always worry about the weather but this day… was perfect! Warm and sunny at 24°C, we couldn’t ask for more! The morning was kicked off with introductions and ice breakers.

Challenge of the day: Build a raft on the Rhine River! Accepted!

Each group had all the necessary materials to build a raft and after some blood, sweat and well some tears, we were paddling!

Dinner is served!

In the Black Forest, we all came together for a wonderful and rustic BBQ and the night was topped off with a classic fire!

Thank you to the organization team for the wonderful experience. Can’t wait to see what is next!
