Magnetic bead cleanup is a manual bottleneck in scRNA-seq workflows, often increasing time and tip consumption. The C.WASH automates this step: it uses centrifugal force to gently remove liquids while retaining magnetic beads, then dispenses wash reagents non-contact, reducing cross-contamination.
In a test with alternating human and mouse cells in 384-well plates, C.WASH showed no cross-species contamination and reduced pipette tip use dramatically.
Learn more about how:
The C.WASH performs fully automated, non-contact bead-based cleanup
Cross-sample contamination is avoided, even in alternating human/mouse wells
Tip consumption is cut significantly in high-throughput scRNA-seq workflows
