Miniaturization and Automation of a full-length Single-Cell RNA-seq Workflow

Full-length single-cell RNA-seq is often limited by high reagent use and labor-intensive workflows. In this study, the F.SIGHT™ was used to isolate single HEK293FT cells into 384-well PCR plates, followed by automated miniaturized library preparation with the I.DOT.

Our findings demonstrate that the F.SIGHT and I.DOT provide a scalable and cost-efficient platform for high-quality, full-length scRNA-seq.
