User-friendly automation of full-length single-cell RNA-sequencing with FLASH-seq

Week-22 human retinal organoids were processed with an automated FLASH-seq workflow. The F.SIGHT™ OMICS enabled precise single-cell isolation, the I.DOT™ ensured miniaturized reagent dispensing, and the C.WASH™ provided tip-free purification. Together, these systems made full-length scRNA-seq more efficient, reducing manual effort while ensuring high-quality data.
