The I.DOT was applied in the liquid overlay technique (LOT) to generate spheroids from the A549 lung cancer cell line. Cells aggregated into spheroids within days and were monitored for size and shape over 14 days.
Compared to manual pipetting, the I.DOT delivered precise cell numbers, producing spheroids with more uniform morphology up to ten times faster.

The I.DOT supports precise dispensing with the liquid overlay technique
Uniform and consistent spheroids are formed from A549 cells
Dispensing is up to 10 times faster than manual pipetting
