High-efficiency washing is vital for reducing background signals in plate-based assays. In this study, the C.WASH™ achieved over 99.5 % removal of fluorescent marker after a single wash and nearly 99.99 % after two cycles in both 96- and 384-well plates. Residual volumes remained below 1 µL—and under 250 nL in 384-well format—far outperforming needle-based washers.
With its automation, the C.WASH delivers reproducibility while cutting down on wash cycles, timelines, and reagent use.
