Combined Single-cell Dispensing and 3D Full Well Imaging for Cell Lines with >99.99% Probability of Monoclonality

Ensuring monoclonality in cell line development is essential yet challenging. In this study, the UP.SIGHT™ combines double verification of single-cell dispensing, via nozzle imaging and novel 3D full-well imaging, to confirm monoclonality (>99.99%) without centrifugation or fluorescent labeling. Compatible with 96-, 384-, and 1536-well plates, the UP.SIGHT enables high-throughput single-cell cloning and colony tracking, with minimal hands-on time and increased efficiency.
