Acoustophoresis-based Cell Focusing Enables Enhanced Single-cell Dispensing

Acoustophoresis-based cell focusing improves precision in single-cell applications by aligning cells prior to dispensing. In this study, the UP.SIGHT™ was used to enhance cell isolation efficiency, recovery rate, and dispensing speed at low concentrations while maintaining high cell viability.

Our findings support the use of the UP.SIGHT as a reliable platform for accurate, fast, and gentle single-cell isolation in cell line development (CLD) and related workflows.
