Highly Efficient Washing of Microwell Plates Using Centrifugal Forces

High-efficiency washing is vital for reducing background signals in plate-based assays. In this study, the C.WASH™ achieved over 99.5 % removal of fluorescent marker after a single wash and nearly 99.99 % after two cycles in both 96- and 384-well plates. Residual volumes remained below 1 µL—and under 250 nL in 384-well format—far outperforming needle-based […]

Improved ELISA workflow efficiency using automated plate washing

Efficient plate washing is essential for reliable ELISA performance. In this study, the C.WASH™ was evaluated as an automated, tip-free alternative to manual washing in 384-well ELISA assays. The system provided fast and reproducible washing while maintaining assay sensitivity and reducing hands-on time. These results highlight the C.WASH as a powerful solution for streamlining ELISA workflows.
