Producer’s cell lines must be derive from a single-cell progenitor to ensure consistency, quality, and safety of a therapeutic product.

In this technote, we introduce two innovative capabilities of the UP.SIGHT Automated Offset Correction (AOC), which ensures dispensed single cells land near the center of the well, and 3D Well Imaging, which capture images of the single-cell as it travels to the well bottom. It is independent from any bottom-well imaging artifacts such as edge effects. It effectively improves single-cell detection and monoclonality assessment compared to standard methods.
