Fluorescence-based workflows enhance single-cell cloning efficiency and clonality assurance. In this study, the F.SIGHT was used to isolate fluorescently stained cells, enabling clear viability assessment and direct correlation of GFP expression with gene-of-interest production.
Our findings support the use of the F.SIGHT as a reliable platform for fluorescence intensity–based single-cell isolation in CLD workflows.
